- Auto-renewal. Athlete Pro and Coach / Team subscriptions renew automatically on the same payment method at the same price (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Renewal pricing applies unless we email you a price change at least 30 days in advance.
- Cancel any time, in one click. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing - no phone call, no save-attempt screen. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Coach / Team trial. 14-day card-on-file trial. We email a reminder before day 14. If you do not cancel before day 14, your card is charged $39 / month and on each monthly anniversary thereafter.
- EU / UK / EEA consumers. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. At checkout you can either keep the 14-day right (Service starts on day 15) or expressly request immediate access and waive the right (so you can use the Service straight away).
- Pricing. All amounts in USD. Local taxes added by Stripe at checkout where applicable.

Is the free tier really free?
Yes. One athlete profile with your position-fit score and top 3 positions, no credit card, forever. Score history is capped at 30 days, and you'll need Pro for training plans, AI coaching notes, PDF export, and peer benchmarks.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Monthly, no contracts. Cancel in the dashboard and keep access through the paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal.
Do I need new equipment?
No. The entire test battery runs on any smartphone with a camera. No wearables, no force plates.
How does the Coach / Team trial work?
Coach / Team starts with a 14-day trial that requires a card on file (not freemium). You get the full team dashboard, Grok-generated reports, and up to 25 athlete seats during the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged.
What does an academy demo cover?
A 30-min walk-through of the coach dashboard, position-fit reports across sports, bulk onboarding, white-label PDFs, API/SSO options, and a pilot-program proposal tailored to your athlete count.
Is biometric data included in every plan?
